M1 Junction 15 Works – February 20225

We are planning to carry out some Junction Improvement works at M1 J15 between 20^th -27^th Feb 2025  (7 Nights)   from 20:00hrs-06:hrs daily. We don’t anticipate this work will cause any delays or affect the way the residents access local services as there will be at least one lane running at all times.

We will be having 2 TM phases ( ref to attached drawings ) with short diversion routes either to Queen Eleanor Round about or along the A508 dual carriageway.  Depends on TM phasing, the following routes will be affected:

20rd-23rd Feb

1. Traffic wanting to access A508 from M1 NB off slip will be diverted to J15 Gyratory to the North roundabout cut through and back.
2. Traffic from A45 Southbound and Grange Park wanting to access M1 Northbound, will be diverted through the section of the A508 dual carriageway to the next roundabout and back as they join NB on slip.
3. There will be limited access for HGV to Grange Park on 22nd Feb from 11am for 3 hours

23rd- 27^th Feb.

1.  Traffic wanting to access Grange Park from M1 and A508 will be diverted to Queen Eleanor through A45 NB carriageway and back.
